Ultrasonic thickness measurement
- Coating thickness measurement (DFT – Dry Film Thickness): Checks the thickness of paints or protective coatings with a measurement range of 0 to 1.5 mm (steel) and 0 to 0.7 mm (non-ferrous metals).
- Corrosion under insulation measurement (PEC): Evaluates the remaining wall thickness through insulation and aluminum jackets, with a thickness range of 3 to 20 mm.
- Reliable EMAT thickness measurement on corroded surfaces, even when contact is difficult. Functional through deposits or residues up to 4 mm.
