Our inspection methodology allows us to monitor the evolution and provide a complete assessment of your equipment through qualitative and quantitative results.
Visual survey The visual survey serves as a critical tool in identifying potential risk areas and guiding the necessary steps towards ensuring equipment integrity and safety. Thermography Allows for the detection of anomalies that are difficult to detect visually, such as delamination, wall unevenness, cracks, and other issues. It also enables the identification of areas where thickness measurements will be validated using ultrasonic surveys. Ultrasound readings The ultrasound readings allow monitoring of equipment wear, validation of structural thicknesses, as well as detection of cracks, loss of thickness, and delamination. Microscopic imaging Allows evaluating the corrosion barrier and identifying non-visible anomalies such as microcracks and exposed fibres inside the equipment. |
